The Certified Valuation

• A certified valuation uses the exact same methods and principles that the banks and mortgage providers use and in some cases can be used in a mortgage application.
• For buyers, this removes most of the risk associated with buying in a rapidly changing market and where your LVR (loan-value ratio) is close to the limit. We like to refer to this as a "pre-purchase valuation".
• For sellers and investors, a certified valuation will deliver the same result as any panel valuation used by mortgage providers and will provide the utmost certainty if using equity to further your investment portfolio.
